Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on Repu ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Repu does

Repu is a reputation management tool that helps tradespeople collect Google reviews from customers. It sends review request emails, tracks responses, syncs Google review data, and provides reporting.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must only send review requests to customers who have genuinely used your services.
  • You must have a legal basis to email your customers (e.g. legitimate interest or consent).
  • You must not use Repu to send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of customer data you enter.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Repu to:

  • Solicit fake or incentivised reviews (this also violates Google's policies)
  • Harass customers with excessive emails
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
  • Resell or white-label the Service without written permission

5. Plans and billing

Starter (Free): Up to 50 review requests per month. No credit card required.

Pro (€19.99/month): Unlimited review requests, AI phone receptionist, and priority support. Billed monthly. 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no refunds for partial months.

6. Availability and uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, email delivery failures, or third-party service outages (Google, Stripe, Resend, etc.).

7. Intellectual property

Repu and its design, code, and branding are our property. You retain ownership of your business data. We do not claim ownership of customer data you enter.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
